I called Elam spoke with Amber. Amber is a true professional. John the sale representative came out and said let me make some calculations. Blake the repair specialist arrived the next day. Within two minutes found the leak and saved us $9,300!!!!  Blake was professional, courteous as well. The whole experience with Elam has not been nothing but positive. They always get my furnace and air conditioner repaired quickly and correctly the first time. I can't brag enough about their technician Junior!! The receptionist that answers the phone is not always friendly but don't allow that to turn you away because these techs will get the job done fast and correct the first time.
