I just wanted to say you guys are amazing for what you do and have done for me. You guys truly do know what it means when it comes to customer service. But I think what you guys did went beyond that, you guys truly care about the work you do and perfection is the key to your success. My father is 85 years old and is and retired Heating and air guy and lives in northern Iowa. I sent him the before and after pictures of the job. He said those guys don't like their job, they love it. That is the finest install I have seen, very clean, very sharp. Oh and not to mention VERY VERY quiet.

We want to "thank all of you" for the very quick service we received when we needed a new furnace. Everyone went in to high gear and everyone was so nice. It was greatly appreciated.

Elam heating and air is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with, I own 60 properties and they have got my systems running in top shape. I had another company install these systems in my houses 10 years ago and had nothing but problems with them until I called Elam. This wasn't even Elams brand of system but they came in and Identified the problems immediately and fixed this other large companies problems. If I only would have used elam in the first place I would have saved several thousand in service calls. Thanks guys for the good work you do.
